CAP Week 6 : beginning 29/07 /07
Things proceed as before although I had to restart amytriptilene for a few nights because of increased sensory problems. Managed to replenish cal/mag at Holland and Barrett; got some chlorella there but it is Chinese. I don’t think that it’s as good as the Yarrow Japanese stuff at coping with the die-off symptoms though – it’s also very hard to swallow!
The leg lesions continue to fade but the left leg is slower to clear, probably because this is my problem side – everything that has been problematical for me appears to be on my left side. Although having said this I was starting to get some numbness and tingling in my right hand at the beginning of the year; that appears to have subsided now ( for a while!).
I get nausea on and off still but it’s not really a problem now – so long as I eat soon after taking the Doxy and Azi.
